Return Policy

As a general rule all items on whimsyboutique.ca are non-returnable. 

If you are unsure about your purchase:
Please contact us at whimsywindsor@gmail.com and we will happily send you more pictures of the item you're wishing to purchase. 

Vintage & "Loved Before" items:
Most items on whimsyboutique.ca are "loved before", vintage, or on consignment from local makers. Each piece is probably going to have a unique blemish, spot of wear, or character spot that is typical of "loved before" or hand made items. These blemishes are not considered a reason for return. They are normal for "loved before" & hand crafted pieces.

We like happy customers - if you're truly not happy with your purchase and wish our customer service team to consider an exchange, please contact us at whimsywindsor@gmail.com and we'll try our best to be our best.
