Refund policy

As a general rule all items on whimsyboutique.ca are non-returnable.

If you are unsure about your purchase:
Please contact us at whimsywindsor@gmail.com and we will happily send you more pictures of the item you're wishing to purchase. 

Vintage & "Loved Before" items:
Most items on whimsyboutique.ca are "loved before", vintage, or on consignment from local makers. Each piece is probably going to have a unique blemish, spot of wear, or character spot that is typical of "loved before" or hand made items. These blemishes are not considered a reason for return. They are normal for "loved before" & hand crafted pieces.

"New Items":
If the item you have purchased is labeled as "new". We will happily exchange your item if you happen to find a manufacturer defect. If you receive your item and have changed your mind, we will exchange for a store credit and all return shipping fees are at your expense. Please contact us at whimsywindsor@gmail.com if you have any questions about the item you're wishing to purchase to avoid any returns or exchanges.
